To submit an enquiry please fill out our online enquiry form, email us at email or call us on hotline. We will advise our availability and the price. And we do accept card payments over the telephone. There is no booking fee.

Yes, we offer discount for groups of 6 passengers or more booked together in the same transaction and departing together from the same departure point. Please email us for details.

We will always try to accommodate changes but we cannot make any guarantees. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to help. 

We understand that the thrill of travel can take hold at any moment so yes, of course we do! However, we always recommend booking as early as possible to ensure the best price for your trip (and to make sure you don’t miss out, of course). Our sales consultants are always happy to help with late availability.

Most of the major cost would cover through our itinerary. However, we give you all list of includes and excludes in your itinerary as these get various based on booked packages. 

We are happy to carry collapsible wheelchairs. There is a boot for foldup wheelchairs and pushchairs the space available is on a first come first serve basis. Please note, our vehicles are Mini-Buses and there are at least 3 steps that customers are required to climb to board our vehicles. 

If your flight is delayed, please contact us with your new estimated time of arrival. If you flight is delayed by over 2 hours we cannot guarantee to meet you immediately after landing, but we will meet you as soon as reasonably possible. If your inbound flight is delayed over 8 hours, cancelled or redirected to another airport, our services will be deemed as cancelled and cancellation terms will apply.

The start-time is up to you based on your arrival time. Usually all our inbound tour starts from the Bandaranaike International Airport, but since we have some alternative airports we do start from those airports as well. But we do give all information when we give our tour details. So nothing to worry about start from location. In emergencies always you can connect with our 24*7 hotline. 

Yes. Since the tour going to be own private group tour our tours are flexible. Your guide will design your tour around your specific interests and preferred pace.

Your choice depends on the number of people travelling. Cars are modern comfortable 4 door saloons. Extra Large vehicles are people carriers such as Toyota high roof, Mini Bus, Tourist Luxary bus. Please contact us if you would like to know or pictures of our travel carriers.

It depends, but generally yes. We offer optional walking tours of all our tour destinations but the tours are never too strenuous nor fast-paced. Please contact us in advance of a tour for our advice. 

There are more included highlights, excursions and meals on first class tours and the hotels are generally better quality and in the best locations for sightseeing. Budget and Cost Saver tours often use hotels away from the centres of towns.

Of course. We do our very best to give you everything a country has to offer because part of travelling is to delve into the local way of life. Where we can, we will take you to a local festival or market, or offer you an invitation to a working excavation site.

We include as much as possible on our tours, so you shouldn’t need much extra money. However, if your departure includes free time or independent meals, you’ll need to consider currency to cover these. What’s more, there might also be optional excursions on offer and you may find a souvenir or two to buy!

Should we visit a country where a religious dress code is required – for example, a long dress inside buddhist/hindhu temples – we will inform you in your final documentation. In any event, it is always crucial to respect religious culture of the country visited.

For tours with over 15 guests, our expert Guidewill also be accompanied by a company, due to the size of the group. Any tour with less than 15 guests will only include an expert driver become guide whose expert in routes and locations, but you can expect the clear details about the places and questions. 

Special meal requests or dietary needs should be discussed with prior information and also can be discussed with your tour guide when you arrive for your tour. He or she will tend to all of your needs.

Yes we do, however, should you require a letter of invitation from the country you are planning on visiting, we will organise this for you and provide instructions on how to apply for the visa. But, as most visa applications require either biometric data or personal information, it will be the guest’s responsibility to get the visa done at local.
