These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Bookingmart Holidays (Pvt) Ltd's Website, located at https://bookingmart.lk.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Bookingmart.lk if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Itinerary

Bookingmart.lk will make every effort to adhere to the final advertised itinerary, which will be made available a month prior to departure. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, including previously stated hotels, modes of transport and all other activities.

Tour Price

The tour price is listed in US Dollars. Regardless of currency, the price is in US Dollars. Monitor currency fluctuations by logging onto XE, or other reputable currency exchange sites. All prices are tour & activities only, per person. Airfare, travel insurance, and medical insurance are not included.

Accommodation

Is all included in the tour price and is booked as either a twin room or a single room, depending on whether you select the Twin or Single tour package. Please note there is a limited number of Single packages available.

Payments

Bookingmart.lk can accept all mayor credit cards: American express, Visa, MasterCard. Full payment or deposit by credit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed as Bookingmart Holidays (Pvt) Ltd on the credit card statement. In all prices we charge, taxes are included.

Cancellation by Client (You)

Cancellation due to unexpected circumstances or reasons beyond our control will result in a credit given or refund. This will be decided at the discretion of management on a case by case basis. Bookingmart.lk reserves the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee for any trip cancelled from 30 days prior to the arrival date up to 7 days prior to the arrival time.

Arrival time is defined by the time in which you are scheduled to arrive on the first day of your trip. Bookingmart.lk reserves the right to withhold the full cost of the vacation for any trip cancelled within 24 hours before the time of arrival in first destination.

And,

• No partial refunds will be given for any cancellations made within 7 days of a tour.
• No partial refunds are available once a tour has commenced.
• No partial refunds are given in case of either delay or non-appearance on the part of the customer.

Other cancellation refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis, whether provided directly or indirectly by us. We do not normally refund for early checkouts or no-shows.

Any cancellation must be received in writing.

Cancelled Tour

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the tour, for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund, which will be paid within 7 days. Bookingmart.lk is not responsible for other costs, loss or damage (including consequential loss) incurred by you if the tour is cancelled.

Insurance

Every holidaymaker, without exception, must possess valid travel insurance, and details of the policy must be stated before travel. Individuals must ensure that this travel insurance offers acceptable cover for the type of holiday undertaken.

Video & photographs

Bookingmart.lk will seek your permission to use videos/photographs of guests taken during the tour for promotional materials and social media accounts directly connected with Bookingmart.lk.

No smoking is allowed

No smoking is allowed on the tour vehicles, in hotel rooms, or during group meals. Smokers may only smoke outdoors and away from the group.

The information during the tour

The information provided during the tour is for your own personal enjoyment and not for professional use. Recording guide lectures for professional purposes and soliciting business from tour members while on tour or afterward is strictly prohibited.
